Project and cost management
Prestige Interiors offer their client a “ one stop shop “ covering all aspects of the construction process. As part of this offer we will project manage the work from taking your initial brief detailing what you wish to achieve from the project, to coming up with detailed designs with input from all the decision makers.
We will develop a detailed plan incorporating any moves which may be required to facilitate the work and ensuring the client knows exactly when various stages of the work will be completed and when everything will be finished. This plan will be computer based and thus can be updated to accommodate any agreed changes.
In parallel with the above we will develop a cost plan detailing the costs of all aspects of the work. This can be agreed with the client and flexed to fit to the clients budget. In addition, once an exact understanding of the client’s needs have been ascertained Prestige can work with their supply chain to look at innovative ways of ensuring the client obtains value for money.
Also, as part of this process, a detailed cashflow can be developed ensuring the client knows their spending commitment throughout the project.
