Planning approvals

The work you are planning to change your working environment may need approval by statutory bodies. This may be planning permission for changes to the outside of your building or the installation of air conditioning condensers. You may require Building Control approvals for material changes to the inside of your building, whether these are new partition layouts or new toilet facilities. Your lease will probably require you to ask your Landlord to approve any works you wish to carry out to the fabric of the building.
