Prestige worked closely with Stephenson Harwood to both
provide a refurbishment strategy for their head office building
and rationalise how they used their accommodation with an
objective of increasing occupancy levels.
Light, airy, modern finishes
were introduced and occupancy levels increased by over 10%
whilst still improving working conditions. This major refurbishment
project, which was undertaken with the client in occupation,
was successfully delivered on time and on budget.
