Meet the Directors
Victoria Beacham has been a guiding force at Prestige Interiors since 1998. Beginning her career as an Office Junior, Victoria’s steady rise through the company reflects her dedication, adaptability, and exceptional work ethic. Her background in gymnastics, marked by years of rigorous training, competition, and coaching, instilled the discipline, focus, and resilience that define her leadership style today.
Victoria advanced from Personal Assistant to Office Manager, becoming the backbone of our operational excellence. Renowned for her expertise in IT, software, and organisational systems, she has streamlined processes, supported contract managers, and solved complex challenges. Victoria’s blend of strategic insight and hands-on problem-solving drives productivity, consistency, and long-term stability across the business.
Fiona MacMillan brings both financial acumen and a people-first approach to Prestige Interiors. Starting her finance career at 18 in mortgages and life insurance, Fiona developed a sharp analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
After joining Prestige Interiors in the mid-1990s in an administrative role, Fiona gravitated toward finance and quickly became a vital part of our team. Today, she leads all financial operations, managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning. Her rigorous financial stewardship and empathetic communication earn the trust of clients, colleagues, and partners alike.
