Supporting MidasPlus at the Annual Staines Duck Race

At Prestige Interiors, we're proud to support the communities where we work. While we're best known locally as experienced Surrey fit-out contractors, taking part in fundraising events is just as important to us as delivering exceptional projects.

This year, we once again entered the annual Duck Race at Staines-upon-Thames, continuing a tradition we've proudly supported for the past four years.

The event raises money for MidasPlus, a fantastic charity dedicated to reducing loneliness and supporting older people and adults with disabilities through friendship and activities.

Our involvement came about thanks to Rob Weare, one of our Contracts Managers, who has volunteered for MidasPlus for many years. His commitment inspired us to get involved, and the Duck Race has become a firm fixture in our calendar ever since.

As always, there was plenty of friendly competition, with prizes awarded for the fastest duck on the water and the ever-popular Best Dressed Duck. While our entry didn't quite make it onto the winners' podium this year, it was great fun taking part and supporting such a worthwhile cause alongside other local businesses and residents.

We're already looking forward to next year's Duck Race and the opportunity to expand our creativity once again, while supporting the valuable work carried out by MidasPlus.
